Holding company

rvlz

The parent LLC behind BeCited, bhamranked, GearLizard, and the rest of the workshop.

rvlz is the holding company that sits underneath the working brands. It exists to keep the ventures legally clean, financially separate, and visually related without forcing every project to share a brand.

Why it exists

rvlz is the operating layer underneath the projects. It keeps the work legally and financially clean across ventures so each brand can stay focused on its own audience without inheriting the wrong tone, the wrong audience, or the wrong contract surface from a sibling project.

What it holds

The current portfolio is small on purpose. BeCited handles the AI visibility practice. bhamranked runs the local guide. GearLizard is the flagship product build. rvlz is the entity that lets each one be the right shape for its own job.

What changed while making it

Treating the holding company as its own design problem turned out to matter. A neutral parent brand keeps the working brands from sliding into one big personal-portfolio mush, and it gives future ventures a clean place to land instead of stretching an existing brand to fit something it was never meant to be.

Notes from the archive

The tagline says it well enough: less letters, more leverage. rvlz is meant to be quiet, durable, and useful in the background — closer to a chassis than a face.
